RLCole Consulting & Coaching is a leadership and organization development consulting firm dedicated to helping individual leaders, teams, and entire organizations identify and resolve their most pressing challenges.  We do this by collaborating with you to create a business environment and culture that encourages and supports change including high adaptability and continuous learning. 

 

As an Organizational & Consulting Psychologist and Executive Coach, I have spent my 30 year career working with clients helping them to improve their human system--the people and how they interact with one another--giving them the knowledge & tools to deliver better results. Because the source of most performance and productivity issues in organizations can be traced back to the human system, this is where we will focus our efforts when we work with you.  

 

Our collaborative consulting process is straight-forward. We start by understanding your human system: what's working and what's not working and what the root causes of the issues and challenges are that are getting in the way of optimal results.  We can then help you devise solutions and provide you with the tools to execute those solutions.
